EVENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Interested in throwing a "Play it FWD" EMA approved charity event?
Want EMA to co-promote or be the beneficiary of a charity event? Here are our preliminary event submission requirements:
1) Name of Event
2) Purpose of event
4) # of expected attendees
5) Name of organizers with contact info
6) If the event is for profit, we request that a 10% donation*
of proceeds be made to EMA.

Please allow for 1-2 weeks approval time.
Any use of our brand, logo, or name may NOT be used without approval.
We may request additional health, wellness, safety, or environmental considerations/actions be met.
For-profit events may be asked for a small good faith donation to be made
before the event.
